This post is a tad bit late, but I decided to go ahead and share with you all.
I had the opportunity the other day to participate in a fundraiser with Tasha Ransom and The Hoffman Estates Links, Inc.. The Hoffman Estates Links are a service organization that sponsors numerous charitable, educational and cultural programs that benefit the African American community.
The event, which is held at the Hawthorne Race track in Cicero, Illinois, hosts more than 300 guests and raises in excess $30,000. I think that’s pretty AWESOME.
